The apartment had a great location on a charming street and was spacious and clean. The bathroom had plenty of towels and the heating was set to a comfortable temperature. The private parking space was close and easy to access.
The TV in the apartment had very limited English channels, with only the news channels being in English. Additionally, we would have appreciated a few more pillows for the beds.

We visited with our 2 kids for 2 nights to see this beautiful area of the Pied Piper. The host had the place all ready before our arrival with the heating turned on to make it a warm welcome. The kitchen was big n cozy with a table to have breakfast in the morning. Really appreciate the coffee/tea items in the kitchen cupboard. ; ) The private parking was not far from the property. Bathroom had more than enough towels n bath gels for the bathtub. Beds n pillows were comfy. After walking around here n there for a few hours during the day, we were happy to return to the apartment to relax and feel like being at home.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The units at Altstadt-Refugium are super cozy, with a comfy seating area where we could relax and watch TV. The private bathrooms were a nice touch, and they even provided free toiletries. We also loved having a tumble dryer in our apartment, along with kitchenware and a tea/coffee maker. It really felt like a home away from home.
I wasn't a huge fan of the tea/coffee maker in our apartment. But hey, that's just my personal preference.

This place is absolutely amazing! The location is on a charming cobbled street, and the apartment itself is clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The bathroom had plenty of towels and the heating was set to the perfect temperature. It was such a nice touch that a light was on for my sister-in-law's arrival. We also booked a parking space, which was incredibly convenient and easy to get to. We had a fantastic time exploring the area and coming back to this cozy apartment felt like being right at home. The kitchen was big and cozy, with a table to enjoy breakfast, and we loved having coffee and tea available. The private parking was nearby, and the bathroom had plenty of towels and bath gels. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of hiking, cycling, or any other outdoor activities. We were delighted to find a flat-screen TV and even had access to laundry facilities. The express check-in and VIP check-out made the whole experience even more special. This place truly exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay. No pets are allowed, which was a relief for us as we have allergies, and the no smoking policy on-site ensured a fresh and clean environment. The children's play area and board games provided added entertainment for the little ones. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!
